Chirstmas note

Good morning to all!   What a busy time of year for us all.  Let us not forget during this hectic time what the true meaning of Christmas is truly about. The birth of Christ.  Just a quick update on a couple of our members.

I received the following message from Owen Farmer this morning: “I had a biopsy of the brain yesterday, and some treatment we had gone over with the team.  Initial pathology looks good, necrotic tissue from earlier treatments (January). Better testing is being done. The game plan is to get me out today and home.  One door at a time….  Thanks to GY6 for the prayers and support.  Wishing all of GY6 a Merry and Christ-filled Christmas.”     Please keep Owen and his family in your prayers.

Condolences to Vic Maynard and his entire family on the loss of his mother.  She passed away this past Friday.  She was 87 years old and a fine Christian woman.  Please remember Vic and his family with prayers during this time of loss.

Wishing each of you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.  May the Lord shine upon you and yours in 2026.  Hope to see you all on Thursday, January 15th, for our first meeting of 2026.
